The concept of Smart Shipper is based on the need to ship perishable goods. Prior to Smart Shipper, the primary way to ship perishable goods was in a Styrofoam container packed heavily with dry ice or frozen gel packs via overnight delivery service. This method is expensive, cumbersome and not always dependable.

We offer several lines of products. The first is the Smart Shipper line of containers. It is a reusable container, allowing the customer to ship products using ground services as long as seven-days instead of the current one to three day limit. It will maintain temperatures of perishable goods with a minimum amount of refrigerant for an extended period, even when exposed to extreme outside temperatures. Customers can virtually use any shipping mode including ground, multi-day, or international air transportation, dramatically cutting their shipping costs with improved reliability.

Second is the Thermo Shipper line of containers. These are disposable. Sometimes the return of the shipping container is not practical. When that is the case you do not have to settle for Styrofoam containers. Our Thermo Shippers are head and shoulders above those containers in insulative properties.

Third is our line of Enviro Express containers. These combine the great durability and reusability of our Smart Shipper, with less expensive, lesser insulating, insulation. They are great for courier use, and when your product needs extra protection from damage.

Fourth is our Express Shipper line. For those of you who just can't spend more for your shipping container than you would for E.P.S., we now offer our own line of E.P.S. containers. We offer these at extremely competitive pricing so that you can become a Smart Shipper customer, and then when you have an important job that needs to be shipped longer than 24 hrs., or the temperatures it will be exposed to are greater than 80F then, we would hope that you would let us supply you with one of our better insulated containers.

We are currently developing several new product lines. Some of the new technologies we are working on include pallet size insulated shippers, a self contained cooling device to be used in any number of our insulated containers, a self contained heating device to be used in any number of our insulated containers, a longer lasting gel pack technology to extend even further the time required to get your product there cold.

What is a Smart Shipper?

The Smart Shipper is a specially designed thermal container with very high r-values. It is reusable, abuse resistant, lightweight, and requires minimal maintenance. The interior dimensions of the current containers are approximately 10” x 10” x 10” for the Smart Shipper 1000 and approximately 10” x 10” x 5.5” for the Smart Shipper 500. Smart Shipper provides monitoring of the internal temperature of the container. Other container sizes will also be available and may be custom produced to customer specifications. Smart Shipper has designed a two way corrugated carton to facilitate the retrieval of the unit. The carton has two top flaps for the easy application of outbound and inbound labels. This extra protection also keeps the container from getting dirty during transit. The corrugated carton can be printed with a company name, logo, or other required information.
